To access phplu's full range of Services, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. phplu relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phplu account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. phplu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phplu immediately by contacting our support team. phplu reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered phplu account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. phplu uses identity verification, device fingerprinting, and IP monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phplu reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.
phplu accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. phplu does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Deposits are generally credited to your phplu account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. phplu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues beyond our reasonable control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one business day.
phplu reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. During such reviews, withdrawal processing times may be extended. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
All transactions on the phplu platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phplu does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
Anti-Money Laundering: phplu is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally mandated. Players must not use phplu for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.

Upon account closure, phplu will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, less any amounts owed to phplu, within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure for cause.
