You can update most of your contact details directly from Account Settings after logging in. phplu does not charge any fees on deposits from our side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (such as GCash or PayMaya) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the transfer method used. We recommend checking with your payment provider beforehand. Any applicable third-party fees will be shown before you confirm your deposit.

No. phplu requires that all deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name. This is a strict anti-money laundering requirement. Deposits from third-party accounts will be flagged, and withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Always use your own GCash, PayMaya, or bank account when transacting with phplu.
Withdrawals & Payouts

To withdraw, log in to your phplu account and go to Cashier → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification steps as part of our standard security procedures.
